Meet Pete Kazanjy: a serial founder, and seasoned early stage Saas executive, advisor, and investor. Pete founded TalentBin, a category-defining talent search engine and recruiting CRM, which exited to Monster Worldwide in early 2014. At TalentBin, Pete went from product and product marketing founder generalist, to first sales rep, first sales manager, first VP of Sales, all the way to leading new product sales for 600+ sales reps at Monster worldwide.

After Monster, he wrote a book on startup sales for founders and other first-time sellers, Founding Sales, documenting all the mistakes he made along the way, and solutions to them, so future founders can accelerate their go to market acumen.

Meet David Van Sickle: 15 years of experience developing and commercializing digital health technologies. From 2010, David was the co-founder and CEO of Propeller Health, a digital health and therapeutics company dedicated to improving the management of asthma and COPD.

At Propeller, the team pioneered the application of digital technology to chronic disease management and pharmaceutical therapy. During the company's history, they partnered with leading health plans, provider systems, PBMs, retail pharmacies, and pharmaceutical manufacturers to bring clinically-proven digital solutions to clinicians and people with respiratory disease. In 2019, the company was acquired by ResMed, where David continued to lead the business until stepping aside in 2021 to become an Entrepreneur-in-Residence.

Since 2022, David has been advising and consulting part-time for various startups and organizations, and currently serve as non-executive director at Closed Loop Medicine, a UK-based company working on personalized dosing for high-value medicines. Connect with David on Twitter (X) and LinkedIn.

Meet Jake Miller: Jake Miller is CEO of Toggle Health, a med-tech company that aims to dramatically improve surgical workflows by providing surgeons with a wireless, sterile controller to access their digital world without having to leave the sterile environment.

Jake has 25 years of product development experience, 20 of which were focused on launching new businesses & startups in the healthcare space for companies such as Target, Walgreens, & Humana. He holds a B.A. in Chemistry from Bellarmine University and an MBA from Vanderbilt University.

Jake is an Entrepreneur-in Residence (EIR) for the Launch Blue Pre-Seed Accelerator, Incubator, and Startup Labs.
